Chaque mission propose un mini jeu spécifique et elles seront divisées en plusieurs niveaux dans lesquels vous devrez utiliser les nombreuses transformations en extra-terrestre de votre héros et ses différents pouvoirs. Mini-jeu de tir et de plateforme ou encore missions de hacking, Ben 10 aura fort à faire pour vaincre ses ennemis et réussir tous les défis.
